There was a bit of a delay in fulfilling my order but the sales team responded immediately to my emails to reassure me until I received my order. The price I paid was excellent.

Delivery was quoted next day came a week later when I didn’t need the meds anymore. Ordered 18th of Jan received it 27th of Jan and it was for my sons chicken pox that had my then crusted up

Competative prices, but delivery did not match website claims. Had to chase up my order and was told that they were very busy! Fair enough, but in that case tell your customers!!

Good service eventually and competitive prices.
Shame I had to chase up delivery and that it seems the courier got blamed!

Waited 7 days for my order.
After contacting them , was bluntly told that order was 'Lost In Transit'.
Very poor attitude - didn't seem to care.
'AVOID'!!

Prompt delivery but surprised with the packaging (foils loose and boxes flat). Have used this company before as excellent prices

I received 2 out of date Bonjela tubes so complained and seemed to get an auto response with no human touch. I requested a replacement product again and was sent a further 2 out of date products. A refund was eventually given but the replies to my emails were terrible with no apology offered and I don’t feel it was taken seriously at all despite 4 out of date items being sent for a 6 month old baby

Easy to order, very slow dispatch, I had to chase them. I got the impression my order had been forgotten. Due to the courier they use it took another week to receive the order. Ordered on 15/01 delivered 23/01.

I ordered some spectacle wipes 4th January it's now 4th February theybe obviously been lost in transit have asked for a refund and all they keep saying is the order has been dispatched to evri I'm not entitled to a refund

Your delivery times are just atrocious, your excellent on price and I can't take that away from you, but when it comes to dispatch and delivery I just cannot understand why it takes sooo long compared to other companies .
I placed my order on 07/01/23 and confirmation of dispatch email (after chasing you) was 19/01/23 and I then received delivery a few days later .

So please please can you review your delivery system, it seems dispatching goods is where you have a serious weakness that needs addressing .

my order has still not arrived. i was told it had been lost and would be resent. It has still not arrived and i have had no further updates. I would not recommend this supplier and i shall not use them again

Easy to order what I was looking for and delivered within a few days. Also good price. The only concern I had was the padded envelope was ok but the eye drop box had been bashed about and the security tape was just intact however the eye drop container is quite sturdy so no damage there and the drops came out ok.

Items were fine when they eventually arrived, I hadto get intouch when I hadn’t received them or a tracking number email to be told they had been lost in transit and a new set would be sent out straight away (that was on the Monday) by Thursday I still hadn’t received a tracking email and then told item hadn’t been dispatched yet. Not ideal as it wasn’t dispatched until I asked about it again!

Placed an order 19th January, said it had been dispatched, no sign of order, I e-mailed twice since said it was lost in transit and they would send another, that was 3 days ago , e-mailed again yesterday and the replacement still not been dispatched.
Poor service, and they are blaming Royal Mail but I suspect it's their fault.
Be wary of this company.

I placed an order on 25/1 , chased a few times to follow up order and said need to further information from pharmacist and next time had excuse on handle the backlog. Now still pending they dispatch mail , we urge the meds for kids . Beware to pay
